Sail Away

Dear Friends,

I have just finished a note comforting a grieving friend.

I sent her my SailAway© charm which I hope reassures her that her loved one is only gone from her sight in this temporal world.

This is a new design for us.  I created this charm specifically to sooth a friend's sorrow, because sometimes it's hard to express ourselves in times of grief.  Now you can share your sentiments with this silver charm.  The little sailboat on the horizon can now be close to their heart, soothing their ache and bringing them comfort.  The card opens so you can write a note on the inside.

I hope this design helps you raise someone's spirits.

Allegiance Pendant

I have recently designed a pendant entitled Allegiance© and added it to our Cause Collection to help raise support for military families.  I could not take another minute of watching our wounded military service men and women on the evening news so I designed this pendant to give back.

Your purchase of this pendant directly benefits the Fisher House, a non-profit organization that supports America's military in their time of need. They provide "a home away from home" enabling family members to be close to a loved one at their most stressful time -- during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury.

Inscribed in the sterling silver are the values that military spouses feel exemplify their families' principles: Duty, Honor, Country, Courage, Sacrifice, Service, Family, Freedom, Friendship, Faith.   Don't we want these words to reflect all of us?

I strongly feel that we must never forget the sacrifices of our military families.   I dream that women all around the globe will wear this pendant to support families who have sacrificed so much.  We're all in this together.  Click in this file Giving Back.pdf to read the story in USAA Magazine.

Ribbon Charm

In the spirit of my company's cause related fundraising, my 17-year-old daughter, Jessica, and I participated in the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk by walking 60 miles with 3000 women and men in Atlanta GA.

It was an exhilarating experience!  One we will never forget.

Please know that whenever you purchase our sterling silver Ribbon for a Cause charm we help others in their walks for a cure by being able to donate to their cause.

We walked to honor those who have passed on from this disease, those who are fighting it, and those who have survived.  We are walked for all of us.

We pray that each day your loved ones know how much you appreciate them and that you feel appreciated as well.  We hope your lives are rich with laughter, love and friendship.

Thank you,

Jill Felts

Roots

|

roots 27700.jpgI am a "tree hugger" at heart.

I love trees.  I love my walks in the woods with my dog, Smokey.  Sometimes I sit for minutes on end and just stare at the intricate details of a tree.  I am intrigued at what must be beneath the earth to hold such an incredible tree...the roots are so important and don't get any fanfare.

The card reads, "Just beneath the surface is what you do not see.  It's more important than my looks because without it I cease to be."

Many customers have pointed out that the open space in the design reminds them of a wing... which gives this design another meaning altogether... reminding us to give our loved ones "roots and wings."  Enjoy!

New for this Christmas season is our Be Still Christmas Ornament.

The Be Still pendant was introduced this Fall and it was such a hit that we decided to create it in an ornament as well.

The inspiration for this design?

When I meditate I feel very "centered" in God's perfect plan for me.  The dot in the center represents you, your family, or whatever you need it to be.  You are perfectly centered in God's perfect alignment over you.  You can see three fish in the design...and many people see a Celtic knot at first glance.
